Article Publishing Charges for Lower Income Countries
Article Processing Charges (APCs) are reduced for author teams from middle and lower-income countries. If authors are from different countries, the fees will be indexed to the country with the highest income. Authors who work or reside outside these geographic locations must pay the full APC. Letters to the Editor, and invited Commentaries are exempt from paying the APF fee regardless of country.
After article acceptance, you will receive an adjusted invoice payable online or by bank transfer. If your invoice is not adjusted, please email editorial@rrmjournal.org.
Eligibility for reduced JRRM article processing charges (APCs) follow World Bank country classifications and part of IIRRM's Global Access Initiative for low-and-middle income countries. The list of eligible countries is updated annually.
Please note these country listings are based on the World Bank classifications for its 2024 fiscal year.
